Three Point and Daylight Lighting Excercise

We were set two tasks in which we had to create a realistic lighting effect. The first was to set up a lighting system that gave the appearance of daylight. This meant having the correct lighting so that direct and reflected light was apparent, giving the model a more realistic look.

The second was to create a three point lighting system that effectively lights up the scene and creates shadows in a realistic sense without losing key details to the model by over lighting or creating shadows that are too dark.
